By the time you scroll to bottom of your post the point or topic is not even being spoke of .There will just be a ton of tasteless jokes and a gaggle of name in lights links ar ignorant HTML's that have nothing to do with what you started the thread on. There are a few who will add intelligent texture to your convo but for the most part just be ready to have darts thrown at you :furious

This BBS ought to be considered a minefield...

You can't get through it without care and caution.

Judging by all the people who lost their balls in the threads on the "arena split" and in the recent voting threads, I'd say those are the Bouncing Betty's.

Careful, there's anti-tank mines and claymores in the O'club.

The BBS has declined because the rank system IN here is porked.

You start off with a Junior MEMBER just by starting an account.

When you get a few posts IN you gain  / obtain a plain MEMBER.

After a 100 or so posts your MEMBER is now stamped as Senior.

A new rank system should be implemented.

If you post over 500 times you should be given a Prolific MEMBER.

If you post trolls over 100 times you should be given a Smelly MEMBER.

If you post over 100 times on topics that have no interest to anyone you should be given a Limp MEMBER.

If you post an “I am quitting” post you should be given a Discarded MEMBER.

If you post an “I am quitting” post and return to the game you should be given a Recycled MEMBER.

If you post over 1000 times you should be given an Abused MEMBER.

If you post topics regarding technical details on the planes and GV’s represented in the game you should be given a Historical MEMBER.

If you post using a shades account you should be given an Unidentifiable MEMBER.

If you post over 50 times with “Trivial Pursuit” questions you should be given….this is a hard one…. a Trivial MEMBER.

The potential for Rank Categories is endless.  The effect is that a lot less time will be spent on reading the post content (less than is spent now before posting replies) and more will be spent on checking on the rank of the poster.

By the way, one other category.  If you spend time looking at poster ranks you should be given a Rank MEMBER.
