My Idea, tell me what you think...

[Pacifica]

Main Arena
rotate between the 'main' maps (this would be the only Arena with three sides: Rooks, Bishops, Knights)

European Arena
rotate between B.o.B, Mediterranean, and East. Europe maps: Axis vs. Allies

Pacific Arena
rotate between South Pacific, Mid Pacific, North Pacific maps: Axis vs. Allies

Training Arena

Dueling Arena


A little more simple and compact than the current arena setup, but allows for everything people would want. The MA, where you can fly anything you want and you're trying to "win the tour".
And the European and Pacific Arena's would be rotating between maps AND time periods for the people, like myself, that really enjoy the historic, limited a/c maps.
My guess would be during heavy online traffic.... MA - 350, EURO-150, PAC-100.

I know not everyone will love the idea the way I do, but I thought I'd just throw it out there.

So, would the B.o.B map, for example, just have the B.o.B planes?

My first impression is that anything other than the MA will have to be divided up between very few players, but it could be cool.

Actually I'd be willing to try that for a tour just to see what happens.

Causes no problems with the current late war mains. But might, just "might" bring more people into what are now the early/mid war arenas.

They'd take more time to setup, enabling planes, disabling others, setting fields to 2 sides, etc. But I'm sure the AvA setup CM's would be willing to help setup good plane sets.
