The russians used their P-39 variants primarily as fighters. Either way, it would be used in AH as a fighter, not CAS.
If the buffalo was the bigger pos, it gets my vote as the next plane. We need more anti-uber rides (honestly and seriously).
Then again, I think the ENY value on Mustangs and La-7s should be 1.0.
