i believe that the canucks hate anything resembling post season success and will crumble in 5. granted it is a biased opinion, but the pressures of a big hockey market like Vancouver pale in comparison to Florida, and while Luongo has been superb as of late Naslund will not deliver a worthy performance.  if god is kind the rest of the west will eat itself and we will get Buffalo for the cup.

Sabers going win it this year.  They have the best all around team in the league. Having the scorers that they have to outscore anyone and a good enough goalie in Miller to win those close games as well.

Kind of like Brett Hull scoring in Triple OT?

FYI, the 1994 Finals are STILL the best 7 game series up until today.

The Stars need a goalie, you WILL NOT beat Buffalo in 7.

the new tactic this year is that all the playoff PR is going to everyone but turco, our GM said that they were all doing their part to " get Marty focused on the playoffs." it sucks the wind out of my sails to think that powder puff question from local news stations is enough to get you swept out of the first round for the past 3 years.

i agree with you about '94 however i disagree with horach about Ryan miller being "good enough" the East is soft this year defensively. the time for sexy goals and selling tickets is over, the west will most definetly win who ever that may be.

I would like to post a nasty retort, however. Mr Turco's past playoff performances leave me no leg to stand on.:(

There is always Mike Smith though.:D

Nice try Nashville.

Skill didn't work so you resort to low blows and cheapshots to keep your hopes alive in game 5.

Lets go Sharks!  Who's next.
