Film Viewer Problem
« on: April 09, 2007, 11:44:20 PM »
I need help with the film viewer.
Everytime I try to watch a video, I only get a blank white screen and an error report that says it must shut down the program. Any advice?

Are you trying to watch an older film?
Did you happen to accidently move the film viewer from its default installation folder?
Are you using a desktop shortcut to the film viewer which could possibly be linked to an older film version?

Short of that, could you email your DXDIAG output to me and I can check it out.

Hey thanks,

It just happen to be an older version. Somehow missed in the update.
