Framerate has dropped from 50 to 14 PLEASE HELP

Today i deleted my install of AH and re-downloaded it, as far as I know all the settings are back to what they were before delete, however my framerate has dropped from around 35-50 to 19-9, when in the hanger area or on the CV, I dont know whats going on, PLEASE help.

Try messing with the z-buffer and triple buffering options under video from the login menu.

Ok it apparently was a 1 time thing, i restarted AH and it was gone.
