 In order to cut down on the screen freeze,s in H2H I run defrag ALOT. Can this cause any harm to my puter?

Won't really cause any damage to your computer.  It does increase wear and tear on your hard-drive, but as long as your keeping everything cool inside the case you should be ok.  I have a WD 20gig that I've been defragging regularly (at least twice a week) for 2 years..no problems at all.

Running defrag on a regular basis is an excellent thing to do for your computer and has no ill side effects whatsoever that I am aware of. Mine rarely gets below 98% unfragmented. A side benefit is that it is very quick if done freqently, whereas, if not done often can take a long time to complete.
