Video/System Mem - Available and Used

In the Frame Rate box in the top center of the screen my frame rates are in the 60s most of the time - Okay with me.

Video Mem says 130.M available and ~40 used
System Mem says 1022.8M available and ~488 used   Tex at ~ 95

Are these good, bad, low, high? Can/should I increase any video setting?

I have a GeForce FX 5600
P4 - 2.4G
1G RAM
XP Home SP 2
