If it's a legit issue about a tank in a hill, or the machine gun fire sound while in GVz, something that is actually wrong with the game, and not with a particular person or group's standards, is perfectly fine.

Thing is, I feel the same way Furby does, only thing is, he's done wasting his time trying to explain what a "whine" is compared to a legit complaint. Me on the other hand.. I find it quite fun. :)

I'm not going to argue with you so this will be the last post in this thread about it.

Complaining about how dark the game is, may not be a legit "glitch" to you but judging by how many topics there are about it I think quite a few  other players think differently from you.

For me unless I raise the gamma up to brighten everything up, then the darkness strains my eyes and I can't play. So I have to choose between straining my eyes or having everything look washed out and crappy. Is that a choice I should have to make when I pay a monthly fee? Seems I'm not the only one that has that same issue either.

The flame wars start from the exact same handful of people. Every time it's the same few board trolls that start calling people whiners or this or that.. My guess is they are probably Republicans. :rofl

I cheated I guess.  I'll explain, you can decide.

Apparently, when you create a screenshot, your gamma setting is not used in the production of the screenshot.  My screenshots looked exactly like they would if I had my gamma set at 1.0 instead of 1.7 which is what I use.  I simply increased the gamma in the screenshot with PaintShop to 1.7 to match what I see while in the game.  Thus the cheat.

I probably should have explained this to begin with but I was more interested in showing what my views look like than describing how I made the screenshot.

Anyway, thanks for bringing this up.

BTW, this thread not only violates Rule #2, it holds it in contempt!

Or you can just buy a new monitor. I run it fine with the different setting my monitor offers. People has to upgrade all the time when a new patch comes out, this one isn't any different.
