Ok i have been able to make movies using the avi function in the AH film viewer.  I tried doing the fraps one and the movie turned out to be 4 minutes long and when i try to save it to my computer it tells me that there isn't enough memory.  Well the estimated size is 27MB and i have 44GB of free space.   When i change the type of format i save it under, it sometimes says that there wasn't enough memory to allocate to the FRAPS codec.  Any solutions?

Well i came up with an unfortunate solution.  I am going to have to make the movie into a two parter, we'll see how it turns out.

Husky,  when I watch the fraps clip it is jerky.  Great sound, but hard to edit.  Any suggestions.  maybe different frame rates, what?

Make sure the sync square in the fraps program is clicked and that while running fraps due to it being such a larger program that everything you don't need is turned off in the background including all processors you don't need.

I wouldn't ever record sound with Fraps. I use it to capture video only. If I want sound I'll use Sound Forge or something else to capture it.

Tinman is right if you want to add basic sound to your film you better off doing it manually thent when you use fraps
