i don't recall who was doing it, but there was a guy doing it a couple of weeks ago.  he had to fly and rearm without going above 200 mph to get there or he would lose his gear...took him quite a long time to get there iirc.

BULL YOU CANT REARM IN A 163..... AND THE GEARS COME OFF WHEN YOU TAKE OFF.... ITS IMPOSSIBLE. Only way to get there is to glide..... but its useless 2 minutes to get to 30k.... 3 minutes remaining glide 15 minutes or more to TT than fight 2.5 min and climb 20k to glide and land??? bull:)

You don't have to drop the gear, and by setting .speed to 200 mph it is quite easy to burn/glide to a different base and re-fuel.

It was a well planned squad mission.. too bad when we made it to TT there was only like 3 enemy planes around. I think it was 12 or 13 of us flying them.

I flew a 262 because they were already otw when I joined up.

Yes, quite impossible to rearm a 163.  No way in heck anyone could do that.  Apparently it's really easy for nine to do that
