Use external view when on the runway (you can use that view in any plane while on the ground) to maneuver into rearm pad. Look down from above the plane, instead of from behind. Take your time, use diff brakes, rudder/nose wheel, and throttle. Have your entry and exist path planned as you approach.
I've rearmed B-17's and Ki-67's at pad many times. It's easy. You get drones back when you take off again. I land on the runway, and take off from the runway..... only use taxi way or grass to lift when in a fighter and scrambling to get back up fast.
