I think TT just needs some of those thick forrests between the spawns. I think that would stop a good part of the instant spawn deaths b4 you can even start your engine.

I've never been a big fan of TT, but it seems like the only place top find a good GV battle on that map. So when I get tired of flying I'll GV in tank town. That is if Ican start my engine and move b4 I die.

I normally give it 3 tries after that I either up a A20 and start bombing spawn campers or I logg off. Also if I see another team bombing VH's I'll return the favor.

I've only played  the new TT for 2 days but I have to say it's a big improvement over the old TT. The spawn campers seem to be less of a problem than before. I think moving the spawn points back farther would add a nice dimension to the game but won't put an end to the spawn camping. Where there's a spawn there will be a camper. Make the spawn camping position an exposed one will certainly shorten the campers life span, also making the spawning position a covered one will increase the spawners life span. I'm not a fan of the cannon proof cyclone fence but if it surrounded a spawn point is would cut down the effectiveness of the campers.

I'm trying to imagine Patton and rommel asking hq for more cannon proof cyclone fencing.

On the other hand god put bombs on planes to equal things out.

Also, there's nothing like nailing 2 panzers and 2 shermans with 2 1k bombs from your p-51 :)

and then proceeding to rocket the m-16's they up for revenge :)

TT/FT are the largest waste of a country's resouces that there is.

Yeah, it's fun.  

Yeah, it's excitement.

Yeah, it ties up people who could be helping a team.

Yeah, it's the equivilent of NASCAR's "who want to see the accident"...

Does it hurt a countries efforts.......Yeah.

Does it take a countries teamwork and flush it down the toilet?  Yeah.

If you want to win an arena a get perkies....it's a waste.

If you are only here for yourself, not a squad, not a country, then its a haven.

Funny I spawned in an Osty just to shoot the boobs in ftrs down...I shot about 5 guys..never even got shot at..I did nto move once I Spawned..peopel all over battling tanks..I just kept shooting boobs in ftrs tryn to strafe Tanks

But not everyone can spawn at least 1 of the 3 country's is constantly being camped so bad they cant start up the engine hell most of them just stop spawning leaving 40 campers sitting there shooting 1 o 2 newbs that continue to up for no reason.

Funny, most of the bombers Ive seen hit Tank Town are GV drivers who got spawn camped a few zillion times and are back for some revenge ;)

TT spawns certainly need attention.  the 23 spawn is only one im sure of, it sucks bad.   As for the bombing.....it wont end.  Those who want TT bombing to stop should up a fighter and do something about it.  The whining :cry on 200 only brings more bombing.  :t

The war is a reason to fight, and fighting (not warwinning) is what this game is based on. Anyone fighting, even if it's just a bunch of yokels in trucks, is playing the game as intended, whereas you warwinning "let's focus on the undefended bases" guys are not. Remember that.

I'm all for winning the war, but if perks are all you are after try harder. I pulled 22 perks in one sortie at TT tonight with 29 kills and I wasn't even spwan campming.

I found myself a nice spot in the mix of the action and just kept popping tanks off left and right. I finally got killed trying to shoot the 30th guy but I was trying for a turret shot and missed. Funny thing was I had planned on hitting 30 kills and leaving to go land.. That greed will get yea everytime I swear.

I upped again went right back to the same spot and pulled another 12 or 15 perks out of the sherman.

lol 20 perks is easy to get with a few good sorties. Now I'm all for winning the war, but sometimes I just like to kill things.

edit...

Also, as far as the spawn camping and no cover. If everyone would start popping smokes as they ran towards the town you would have fairly good cover. The smoke you pop that run in, won't help you unless you die right after you made it to town..However if everyone else did it too there would be smoke when ever you spawned.

That smoke from several tanks would give you cover into town. Of course that would never happen because it would require "tactics" and "teamwork".
