It's a bad idea to compare hobbies to apparent intelligence.  More often then not your presuppositions are wrong.

I like guns from a purely technical and performance aspect.  And my IQ has got to be at least 65 or 70.  So there goes your theory right there.

Not entirely true Choocha, someone I know has worked around fire arms for over 34 years now. He's been crazy about them for a long time. Yet he is a great mathematician, knows plenty about communication (Radios, band waves, etc...), and is a very good politician. You could talk to him about anything, and he would understand you clear as day and actually be able to reply with some information either supporting or fighting your claim.

In other words, he's a crazy gun lover, yet extremely intelligent.

Ya know, I been listening to talk radio the last couple of days and the hardcore anti-gun folks seem...well stupid. I've always known they were a paranoid dull sort since I grew up in the Deep South. Now the rest of the US will see for themselves.

INsane to start a thread like this when Skuzzy is in a banning mood. Oh and BTW it's not the sign of a high IQ either.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."
