Yeah I think they are taking it too far.  I mean, I met some of them at a World War II reenactment, and they seemed like real stand-up guys.  But why are they going and doing this?  They need to learn to seperate the battle reenactment from peoples actual personal lives.  They are getting too personal now.

They ought to be as free as anyone else on this rock to think and speak as they wish, and reap what they sow.
That's what Voltaire would agree to, too.

Hitler rose to power by not allowing people to talk or share ideas.  I fear a government that tells me what I can and cannot hear or read.

And to you as a German I say; what Hitler did he could have done anywhere. He delivered prosperity to a people hungry for change. It wasn't until he had concrete control that things went bad for Germany. When he forced the German military to swear allegiance to him personally it was all over because the average German soldier was an honorable man & bound by his oath to perform his duty.

The top tier Nazi's & the SS were not your average German soldier. They were fanatics. Too bad the military wasn't able to stage a coup & kill Hitler before the U.S. & the Soviet Union became involved in the war in Europe. I think admiral Dönitz would have been a fine leader. France would have eventually been returned to the French as well as the other occupied territories & the U.S. & Great Britian would have ended up as German allies by today anyway. I think it would have saved a lot of lives & the balance of power in the world would be much different than it is today.

I live in Tulsa and from what I saw on the news nothing bad really happend at the protest. The only big story here was Tulsa police surrounded an apartment building with a murderer hiding inside and then 200 people started throwing stones and other objects at the police that were trying to protect the civilians. I swear more people these days hate cops for protecting us.

Monday night no body cared about the nazi protest we were all to busy having fun listening to Chevelle play live in the Cain's Ballroom which I went to. (IT WAS AWSOME!)

Tulsa out.
