when they happens you get rid of them the way you get rid of crabs.

Take some gasoline and pour it in the pubic hair. then light a match to it.

I got bit by one on the arse once at a paintball tourney. By the time the tourney was over I had skin sloughing off(a weekend) I ended up w/ a second hole back there for a while. Brutal.

Got bit once on the inside left thigh on a late friday nite or early saturday morning... I was asleep. woke up and had this hurtin pimple.

By Sunday this thing had a nasty lookin black head on it and a nice lump underneath..

Monday Morning the lump increased 2 fold and I decided to stick a needle in it...bad move.. it ozzzed black stuff.

Went to my Doctor before Lunch and she decided to treat it with antibiotics and if that didn't work it would take cuttin it out.

Spiders are the things I hate most next to them Flyin Monkeys from the Wizard of Oz...but that's another story.

Before you sleep at night shake out all the bed sheets, slap the crap outta pillows.  Spiders show no Mercy.

I still have a nice black hole on the inside thigh.

Ya, my Dr. didn't know what it was at first and carved a biopsy out of it.  Damn.... it hurts just thinking about it.

well...i dunno.

Maybe if y'all had doctors down there that could tell the difference between a spider bite and a shark attack it might be easier for the inflicted.

'Course, all that being said, asides......no you can't have any of our water. Screw ya.

Also interesting that many of the testamonials mention that the standard treatment from doctors is an antibiotic, which never seems to work.

Pictures of Brown Recluse bites are pretty darn gruesome. :eek:

*edit* A pretty good web page with general  information on the Brown Recluse including a map with over lays showing its natural range. Glad we don't have these nasty spiders in Colorado.
