I hate it when people say that; no offense VWE but  It's $180 a year, I've spent something like $540 on it, the other games like this were "by the hour" & a hell of a lot more expensive by comparison. I pay my bill every month just like you & always have but, who are we to look down our nose at the less fortunate? Not everyone has $15 to spare every month. I know I've had months where I wondered if I was going to keep enough in my "internet goodies" account to keep AHII payed up.

I had to delete my account and reckon in the process of doing so once or twice, I have last about 3-4k perks.

Shame they don't offer a "suspend you account" option.

I believe you can put your account on "hold".

Well why was your account deleted to begin with?

you cant put your account on hold BUT your game ID is listed as taken... makes no sense!

Netflix and a few other companies have this feature.  Even freebie games I play maintain my stats!

For the person who keeps an account open and doesnt fly... I will be glad to PM my mailing address so you can send any extra cash my way.

Think about it, if you do take a break for a whole year... just to keep your ID, you have paid $179.40 per year. You pay $179.40 each and every year regardless of if you play or not.  It seems that a lot of players could be retained with this feature, It would make it easy to pop in and out for a month or 2 at a time or to take a break... we all have real world reasons for doing this and it is senseless to waste money no matter what the amount.

Side note: I bet a lot of you have complained about paying $89 to $129 for an operating system for your computer!

If the perks mean that damn much to you ....then pay the damn money to keep them!

If 15 bucks cramped my budget...then I'd sell my frign puter

I've heard a lot of sorry bellybutton whines before...this one is a sure keeper!

This means that some of us don't have that kind of extra money lying around but enjoy the idea of flying when we have a bit of surplus.
