Hey SH fans, new patch out today...

I've been waiting for an update before buying this one... heard there were too many bugs in the first release. Anyone have the game yet or try the patch and can report on whether it's worthwhile yet?

It's been out for the week, but I still haven't had enough time to play it. The worst CTD's should be fixed for real now (better be!).
