Can I take my finger out now?

Anyway.. on topic (heavens)  .. it's been a great couple of nights; lotsa great fights.

Much more fun pluckin the wings offa niks and spits lately; but I'm havin even more trouble with the 109's tho.    Must be because the 109 drivers like pickin on stangs like I pick on niks and spits.

I'll bet it's gonna get tuffer yet!   Ace Factor seems to be alive here in AH..

I'd say the Ace Factor is at work.

Here you go "Gadfly", you asked..

"This idea (buff gunnery) probably sounded good under the influence of Budwieser.."

"Before any of you self righteous Community Monitors" decide what I can or can not do, I suggest you kiss my ass."

"The robotic B29 gunnery system in this game sucks. Period."

"..this game ain't worth FREE, much less 30 bucks.."

"..this ain't nuthin but Quake with wings.."

"..just rename it Mustang fight and be done with it.."

"..the question that rules the AH planeset: Is it done in WB?"

Your posts are predominately sniping, sarcastic and constantly putting down AH.  Half the time with a knee jerk reaction to defending WB's when WB's isn't even being referenced let alone being commented on in a thread/topic.

Wow quite a thread.
hblair.
look at your original reply...wayyyy back

We have to shoot those people down in a nurturing way...

sorry it occured to me so late....(or did you just edit it...?)

I think it is promising that we can get 65
players up regularly. (pst evenings)  I know of several more that are lining up financing. I think that the quality is a bit higher and the cooperation better last few days.
The fights(air to air) that are going on every night are the best advertising HTC could have.

This post started out fair enough, but turned(fast) into a bad one.

Sad, when it could be avoided.

I actually dont care where the online players come from either they are from AW, WB, FA or whatever.
As long as they are in here, I am satisfied.

I am from WB (4 yrs) so what ?
I prefere AH way before WB, but that is just my opinion, I aint gonna force it on anybody.

So stop this bigtime pissing contest, and get in your planes and solve it like men

You smell that? Do you smell that?
Napalm, son. Nothing else in the world smells like that.
I love the smell of napalm in the morning.
The smell, you know that gasoline smell, smelled like victory.

Back to the original post, I'm paying my $30 and I still suck.  My score sucks.  My flying rates a sucky+.  But I'm having a damn fun time sucking and I'll pay my $30/month to suck.  I don't fly every day and when I do fly it is often not very well, but I still have fun and learn how to be better every time I fly.  I'm not a hard-core simmer but I think I am a soft-core simmer.  I don't care if you ever get any more planes because I only fly the 205, 47 and either 26/17 (this may change when the 38 gets here).

As soon as I become too good for this game and beat everyone all the time, I'll consider moving along, but HTC will be getting plenty of money from me before that ever happens.

"Paying to play - pilot quality".  No, my $30 has not made me a better pilot yet, was there some sort of guarantee clause that I missed -- paying makes me a better pilot?  I wish.
