That's all done under Australian Law, and they're code of labour practices...

Calling an Australian Attorney is probably his best bet.

I normally do not talk about guns at work.   If I do, I refer to it as "Recreational Paper Punching".    IMO, it shouldn't be a subject much discussed at work (Non-Military or Non-L.E.).

not only do we talk about guns at work but when somebody gets a new gun they bring it in to the shop to show it off.
