Check your properties in Paint.  Make sure your image size is set to the same specs as your screen resolution.  That will get rid of the white areas around your pics.

went offline and shot the drones thus making *dramatic background music* a betty massacre! *blood curtling scream* and came out with these  :banana:

and heres my edited pics, i have to say, all 3 of these really turned out better than what i expected

(im really starting to like the supernova effect on GIMP  :banana:)
