System Mem vs. Vid Mem

In-game, which memory should be getting used more, Vid Mem, or System Memory??
Right now (when looking at Ctrl-I) I am using about 90% of system mem, and maybe about 25% of vid mem.
What settings would change these numbers??

Currently, I believe the CTRL I screen does not accurately reflect the real amount of memory being used.
That's been mentioned a few times, but I can't recall if it's specific to 1 type of memory, or both types on the info screen.

Duke, from what I remember, that's just about the ideal ratio ... you want most of your system mem dedicated to the game, while it seems that you are hardly taxing your vid mem.

Video memory is not accurate in the game due to how the various video card companies present what they think the number should represent.
