Hey Everyone,
I just want to say "Thank You" for all of your support and sympathy expressed here.

I went to Slot's place yesterday with "Bagger", "Tack", and "Tack"'s Wife.
His wife and Kids seem to be dealing with it pretty well.
I showed them this thread as well as a similar one I posted on "That other BBS" and they were very suprised and greatful at everyones replies.

Again thank you all and God Bless.

BTW, Pat will be laid to rest Wednesday May 9th, at Rose Hills Memorial park.  I'll be leaving the squad name as + SLOT+ until that time in honor of Pat.

I am sorry to hear this. My encounters with Slot were always positive and enjoyable (even though he usually shot me down).

My condolences to you, your squad and most of all his family.

Condolences to the family and friends.
Far too many, if not most, people on this Board post just to say something opposed to posting when they have something to say.

I was deeply saddened to hear over the weekend the loss of our CO, Slot. He was always great company to fly with, and always willing to clear your 6 no matter how many cons were there. No matter how bad your day was going, his humour would always bring you through. My condolences to his family and friends.

Slot, the skies won't be the same without you.
