i tried to search it but it is too few letters to return results.

occasionally i see someone flying the RV-8 in the main arena. how does one get to fly it?

When your in the hanger type .showrv then go back to the tower. Go back into the hanger and it should be there. Enjoy.

In the MAIN arena???

It's always red when I'm in the hanger. I'd fly it just to annoy people

Any time you see it in the MA it's a map bug that Skuzzy hasn't been notified of. When reported, he goes in and disables the plane at that field.

It's not a MA plane. It's a development tool that they allowed AH players to use offline or in the TA (DA too?). It's not meant to be flown in combat.

Whenever I get tired of one of the AK's or L.T.A.R's blowing me up, I like to take the RV out for a sortie.

I always die, but it sure is fun.....

You might be surprised how much folks try to to swat your little fly of a bird. Since you have no guns the only way is to get them to crash. Try getting them low and in the trees or hangers.

i still dont understand how u get a kill in a rv8. i did the stay low tactic, but when they hit a tree, i dont get the kill.

Our field was capped today so I upped a Hurri C and on my way out of the hangar there's a yellow plane on the RW. No icon so I figure it's a Niki and make my way into the air amid a hail of vulchers. Look back and catch a bit of red icon above the yellow plane.

Come around and line up on him and its an RV8....Hmmmm...Yank trigger and he gets mad on 200.

Sure he was defensless, but a red icon on our runway when we are getting hammered just didn't sit right with me.
