Flying THE PLANE!!!

i just got this game....... i cant get it to lift off right........ how do u fly??
hmm im holding down my W key and pressing Shift and it starts off going then boom it crashes........why? can u tell me how to lift off properly plz. thanks.

W,S,A,D to fly, Z, X to go up and down, mousewheel to change weapons and alt-f4 to win the game.
