Making missions question

Whenever I make a mission and change the title it just adds a new mission to my history.. So I end up with a bunch of them when you look at the "load mission screen"

Is there anyway to delete the old ones? If so I can't seem to find it if there is.

Another issue I seem to be having is if I make 1 mission and run it. I can't turn around and set up a new mission. Whenever I try to submit the next mission it never adds it as a active mission to join.

Anyone have a clue as to whats up with that?

Rooks needed only 3 bases to win in LWblue a few mins ago.. I set up a mission to take a base and we took it. Tried to set up a second mission and couldn't because every time I tried to submit the mission it wouldn't show up.

Is this some kind of bug?

Is this some kind of bug? If your mission start time is after 18:00 it won't let you due to the upcoming  run-the-sun-around-the-world-and-blind-your-other-side transition.

Yea I was thinking of looking in my files to see if I could find them.

As far as the start mission time.. I checked that and everytime I tried to make the 2nd mission it was with a start time of 10 mins after the submit time.
