Pretty much what I've said earlier Oldman.  Look guys I've modded and admin'd sites that make the chatter on 200 and the chest thumping on these boards look like a kindergarden pushing contest so it really doesn't bother me in any way, shape, or form.

That said I've found the most effective method to stop things from getting out of hand as a mod or an admin is to tell the parties in question to take it to pm's ONCE and if they didn't then I bounced them.  After a while the offending parties either got the message or left.  Great if the did and no great loss if they left.

I'm not about to question any of the staff on the way they do their jobs because I've been there.  You're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't.

I'm just making a suggestion here that if people want to hurl invective at each other to take it to pm's or another channel.  As I said previously most of these 200 fights and forum battles start and drag out because someone gets called out in front of their peers and that, in general, automatically puts them on the defensive whereas discussing it privately has more of an opportunity to come to a common understanding.

Of course good natured ribbing on 200 is always a laugh particularly when its aimed at me.  I laugh at myself all the time I expect the rest of you guys to join in every now and then.  If Bug shoots me down 3 times in a row (like you did the other night you rotton !#@%!!$%!%! :) ) I start looking at my plane skin for the 'kill me' sign.

Anyway that's just my opinions for what they're worth.  *shrug*

It's my self reliant nature. If I don't like what someone is typing my solution allows me to solve my problem. Your solution requires someone else to solve my problem. My way can always be implemented quickly and effectively, and is under my control.

Chocolate pie's pretty good too.

This discussion would be gripping if only we were talking about a form of government; it seems pretty silly considering what is acutally being argued.

Of course, you're talking to a person who prefers almonds to walnuts in their ice cream.

I vote Key Lime in that case. It is the best of all pies and that fact is not arguable.

One email. All issues: >>> support@hitechreations.com

I also do not appreciate any trolling/bashing of the volunteer AvA staff, especially since all of you all know how to contact us.

The rules also state to email HTC support.   In the future, the AvA staff would appreciate that all players  adhere to the policies and procedures set out by the HTC staff.
