If you look at the dates on Balo's comments, you will see that the thread is nearly two years old.

It was a joke! A troll.  The original poster owned up to it (I forget who he was).

A good time was had by all.

But it was obviously a good troll, since even now, people are still spitting hooks from their mouths.
