According to a recent national study, my state actually has the best drivers. They tested people in every state a year after they got their licenses via a driving test. Oregon rated highest.

Yay us!

Now I have something else to yell while flipping people off as I pass them on the shoulder.

No putting on makeup while driving in Afghanistan, you better be paying attention. Driving in the US after that would seem more than a little restricted?

I've figured out that the states who have the worst drivers have the most DWA's.
