As much as we get down on celebrities, most actually had to get where they are at through some degree of talent (being a good actor or musician is not easy), hard work and dues paying in menial jobs. Some got the nepotism shot but most had to grind their way up in a very crowded field.

I can only imagine that the real deal, by and large, feel as much if not more resentment towards Paris and her extended 15 minutes as anyone.

I agree and couple that with te fact that the the entertainment industry is more than unusually rife double dealing and all sorts of obstacles for the novice. you need lots of savvy coupled with gifted ability.
