Beginners Squad
« on: June 05, 2007, 10:54:00 AM »
Hello I have a new squad I am forming, it is intended to be a squad for the new guys. A place where they can learn to work in a group and have womeone to fly with while they get there feet wet. There is no long term obligations and you are encouraged to look around and fly with other squads. At the moment we are small but over time hope to gain a reputaion for being the place to go when you are out of the training arena and looking for organized fighting in the main. We fly, drive and man any and all avaliable equipment.

You experienced guys out there, feel free to send newbees our way when they are asking questions in the main. Of corse if the idea of working with new pilots appeals to you come on over and check us out.

Squads if you would like to have your squad advetised with us please visit the link above and contact me with a brief description of what you are about and I will post it in my links page.

Also I would love to post any articles on flight and combat that might be helpful to the new warrior, so feel free to send me something.

Now, I got a new squad today. I am posting a thread on this. It's called the 832nd Vanguard. It is a squad for somewhat new people, and I got 1 recruitment. We can be allies, and I will allow your people to fly with my squad!

I will typically help newbies in the game.  Unless they are of the Ritalin withdrawn CAPS LOCK ON, rants.

T99LMG, Glad to hear you got your squad up and running. We should hook up together when we get our numbers up and do not only some joint mission ops, but maybe some traingin runs against each other in the TA.

Masherbrum, Yeah there are alot of guys that are good at helping out the new guy, (with more than the standard "check the docs" comments.). But our main goal is to try and get our numbers up so we can do some larger formation work. When you see a good organized squad working together they can really kick but and take some fields and I would like to encourage that. Even just learning to work as a fight pair is alot of work. If you wnat to fly with us please give a yell and help us out. Joining is a non binding contract to help and learn with no obligations other than being an ok person online.
