King of Queens

Most anything on Discovery, NG or TLC.  I've also grown quit fond of the DIY network.

I think the last time I watched a show regularly was when Alias was on a few years ago. And I *loved* that show.

Usually our family doesn't watch the shows until after they're out on season DVDs (usually I have out cable disconnected during the school year...then turn it back on just for the summer months when the kids are out of school).

Yes... overbearing mother who hates everything on TV, and the lack of discipline the children are apt to show if they've got the remote.

Favourite of the last year has been Battlestar Galactica. Even my girlfriend likes it - surprising given that it isn't a Pop Idol clone or The OC.

Easily the most consistent programme I've watched, whereas Lost simply became a ridiculous mess.

Mythbusters

Hyperdrive on BBC but they only made 3 or 4 episodes. Hopefully it was successful enough to make more.  Funny as heck!

Hey, I like to stay balanced.  Kind of like my diet now that I turned 40 in January.

Actually I have two favorite channels I watch most of the time when I find time to watch TV- The History Channel (#1) and The Comedy Channel (#2). I end up watching The History Channel the most. The Comedy Channel often times has some really bad "comedy" on it.
