If it's Madness Interactive, that game was originally on Newgrounds.com and still is. That's where the animations that go with it are too.

I like the M-4s and the OICW (I think that's what it's called...the stubby gun where the firing mechanism is actually way farther back in the gun). I got retardedly good at putting one in their chest, then one in their head. Two shot kills no matter what.
