I watched the Battle of the Bulge the other night. I forgot how good and how bad it is. I love the over-acting of the extras when they get "hit" by enemy fire. TOSS GUN, SPREAD ARMS OUT, TURN 180 DEGREES, FALL!!!!

Would Priller have been considered a milk runner for being the only German flight (he and his wingman that is) over the beaches that day?

Nah, Priller wasn't a milk runner. A suicide pork dweeb who got lucky and survived maybe.

It wasn't a milk run, too many allied planes around to call it a milk run. I think he was trying to pork troops to prevent a capture.
