The reason the arenas were split.. The reason for months and months of strife... Was to get RID of the g-damn GANG RAPES by the hordes...

Well tonight Bish had 2x the number of knits, and ***3*** times the number of rooks, and were frakking steamrolling everything on the knit front in LW Blue. 25+ lanc missions at 17k+, missions with 20+ p47Ns with F4u4 escorts on top of that...

And they only had an ENY of 5.6.

I'm ALL FOR corrections. Unlike some folks I LIKE the idea of ENY.

IT JUST AIN'T WORKING! Make it frakking STRICTER!

Such BS is why folks log off. Case in point myself. Good night.

Which arena?  Just curious, but if there were that many Bish in that arena, would they probably be badly outnumbered in the other arena(s)?  I've always been Bish and it seems like every summer we get all the kiddies & their summer accounts.  Could this be why?

Well I still didnt see you in a mission.

Frankly this is why the nits are weak.

People screaming on country alert this base, alert that base, ALert the whole front. Well deal with it. People are lame, No one proked troops. No one porked ords. The best is those that log off, and cant handle it. I was extremely pissed tonight. So much so, I said it, to my fellow squaddies, but the bottom line is this, untill you deal with the horde, which most fellows dont seem to really understand, the co-operation of the game play will alwas be what it is. We suck as a fighting unit most of the time. Just face it.

To many chiefs frankly. *****ing about how to nerf the swarm is NOT the answer. The answer is as plain as the plane you fly.

Oh and I got vulched 50 times today :cry  My score went crap.
Forgot who said this while trying to take a base, but the quote goes like this. "I cant help you with ack, Im not in attack mode" This is with only 2 ack up in the town while troops were there, waiting. The rest of the town was down.

Hmm, I was in LW Orange tonight and we (Bish) were slightly outnumbered by both Rooks and Knights there (but more than holding our own).

I guess you could have changed arenas but I will add that in Orange the Knights were being pounded from both sides while the Bish/Rook front (where I was) was lightly fought.

Frankly when we're outnumbered I have some of my most fun nights.  Face it, most of the guys who fly in hoards really aren't that good but it almost sounds more like you ran into a planned mission or series of missions (Bish do that a lot).  I like to think there are no hoards, just kill opportunities.
I edit a lot of my posts.  Get used to it.

So having 55% of all players results in an ENY of only 5.6? I would like to see a screenshot of that...

What people tend to forget is there are at least two fronts for each country on every map.

If one country decides to focus all of it's energy on one front it's almost unstoppable.

If TWO countries, independently or by pact decide to focus all of their energy on the third. You can pretty much hang it up. You usually won't have the resources to stop them.

This is where the large maps were good. Yes, you had a few places where the hordes would gather. But, you also had the rest of the map that acted as a buffer of sorts.

And Krusty...I'm with you. Except I have two criteria for flying. If ENY prevents me from flying the plane I like or because of the "Horde", I just log off and try again later. And the "Try again later" part is becoming longer and longer between tries.

Most of the people you meet in life are like slinkies. Pretty much useless, but still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

Looks like I might have picked a good night to miss - and the 2 freakin hours I spent on the telephone trying to get the fraudulent "Mobile Messenger" charges on my cellphone bill taken care of were perhaps only slightly more frustrating than the flying I'd intended.

Seriously, no good answers, just hope it gets dealt with soon...

It wasn't that bad once we killed Bish's ord and troops...it kept them from rolling our bases for about an hour.

The first 5 bases they took were pretty much undefended. Those were their bases anyways.

I didn't even look at their ENY when it was 91 Bish, 60 Knights and 57 Rooks..we were just getting hit hard from both sides of the map.

It was aggravating but fun

WTG Bish for keeping us on our toes:aok

Oh ya..very lame Rooktards:rofl

I don't recall that being the motivating factor behind HTC's decision.

I have always flown Bish and was on last night.  Don't recall the numbers being as lopsided as Krusty mentions, but then I logged off at about 9pm Eastern time.  Yea, the bish were steamrolling the nits.  I really don't enjoy that kind of fight, so I fought rooks.

Funny thing is:  The night before it was the nits steamrolling us bish (think it was the pizza map).  I recall one night when we bish had only one base in the corner of the map.  Looked pretty bad, but it was a blast until the rooks or nits won the war.

Point is:  These things come and go.  You just have to learn to roll with it.
