Mid war arena can have 50 or 70 players with a with limit of 350
1st late war arena can have 125 players and the limit has been lowered to 120
2nd late war arena can have 20 players and the limit of 170
This most often happen durning the day, when the fewest players are online.
Why can't all the arenas have a limit of 350 until night when the flux in limit cap needs to be in place?
The reason with I ask this, this limit on arena size only hurts game play by forcing 20 player into arena and this cheats these 20 players from the full game experience. It is not because the server can't handle it, not when you see 420 players in arena at night.
I understand that you need to balance arenas when a large number of players are on line. But why balance it, when it less then 200.
Do you even read any of the post in here or do you just com in here and make ridiculous statements for the heck of it?

All the arenas started out with this cap. seeing as there is no "over population" in these two arenas they haven't had to change either of them.

Yes there is an inbalance during the day, of Euro time. Yes I think HTC could look into these numbers and maybe tweak the "smallest" cap allowable.
HT said then it because the server could not handle the large number of players on one server.HTC said no such thing, it was a rumor a few people like yourself keep repeating. If you do a search you'll find that one of the HTC people said "the servers can handle up to 1000 people per arenas with out any trouble" but the arenas were split due to the unhealthy community of the singe arena had turned into.
The problem was that there were these big hordes steam rolling along, but never running into each other. People in the hordes would fight over the little scraps avalible, or dump their bombs auger/die and repeat endlessly. There was no organization, no strategy, no skill. From HTC perspective this kind of environment wasn't a good way to attract more customers to the game.... which after all is a major goal of his
So by splitting the arenas, he has given us smaller hordes which now clash with each other, causing some players to "plan" attacks to thwart their advance ( taking out ammo and troops along a front), GVers now get into position to spawn camp their little hearts out with out 50 dive bombers "spoiling" there fun. Bombers make runs on towns and factories again, fighters cap, and actually get into fights midway between bases to slug it out in mini furballs.
All in all a marked improvement on what we had before, unless your one of those "baby seals" that was afraid to come out of the horde and take your beatings all the while "learning" what you need to do to survive. Come out and play the game! As you get better, it will make the game better for all of us!! Sure the EMY needs some tweaking, as well as the day time cap limits, but all in all, its a much better game than it was last year !
