Don't.  What I do when I fly FW-190 (which admittedly is not often) is to alternate extremely high and low yo-yos.  I'm nearly looping, in fact.  FW-190 turns best nose low, but its sustained turn obviously stinks.  I believe that at least some models of the FW-190 should have a combat flap (nothing special like a Fowler, just a flap that could be deployed at high speed like the P-51's).  However, it does not have one in the game.

I fly 190's a lot and they are one of my better planes as a family of planes.

Mostly you don't want to turn with them.  They are generally fast, have a spectacular roll rate, a great dive rate, a low climb rate (but are ok in a zoom climb) and not much in the way of turning ability.

The A5 turns best of any of them but thats not saying a lot.

In general come into the fight at high speed, probably out of some sort of dive.  Turn gently so as not to sound the stall buzzer.  You can probaly do one or two 360's if you keep it fast.  When speed begins to diminish it's time to leave.

Slashing attacks work well at low alts.

If you've got alt roll inverted and turn using a split S.  Don't try going over the top unless you have a LOT of speed.

If you've got someone on your six you'll need at least 2.5-3.5K seperation to bring the nose around to face them.

Don't ever use flaps.  They are useless and drain far too much E.

Defensively use a flat scissors.  This allows you to use that roll rate to reverse directions quickly.  Barrel roll defenses and rolling scissors work but require rudder authority, otherwise the 190 will just roll on it's axis with no offset.

The 190 is a beautiful plane, wickedly lethal, and once you learn it you'll probably learn to love it.  You'll also never have to worry about ENY again.

Good luck and good hunting.
I edit a lot of my posts.  Get used to it.

Yup.  Plane has a great roll rate, and a lousy turn rate.  So:  when the guy in front of you turns, you pull vertical (up, if you're going fast enough, down if you aren't), and when your plane is up-and-down, roll to a point in front of him.  Pull through your yo-yo, keep doing the same thing.  Watch your speed, you want to stay fairly fast (over 225, hopefully over 250).  Be careful not to pull too hard, the plane hits a high-speed stall at a comparatively shallow angle of attack.  Remember that virtually every other plane turns better than you do; don't get trapped into staying too close to your target.

This works well with the A5.  As Widewing and others will testify, I have yet to figure out any good way to use the A8 in a dogfight.

The roll-rate makes for good evasives and a rolling scissors will work quite well also.

Do your best to stay fast.... but don't be affraid to turn, the A5 turns pretty well initially. Don't get sucked into sustained turns, unless you can somehow use your roll rate.

Because of the roll, the FW series is one of the most maneuverable planes in AcesHigh.

Note, maneuverable doesn't = good turning.  You can use the exceptional roll of the plane to change your vector as opposed to a turn.

Keep it fast, but you can use it's ability to bleed E fast to sneak up on turney turney types.  But as already said, if you try that, and fail, get out o' dodge within' a couple moves.  Stuck at stall speeds otd w/ a spit would be, in general,  "bad".

Try to start w/ alt, and work you way from the top down in the fight.
