It's the squad accomodating one of their own. When you leave a capped arena then can't get back in you have a couple choices. One choice is that the squadron you are a member of acts as a TEAM and switches to the other arena so the whole TEAM can play.

Other than that your so called TEAM MATE goes and does something else either in the other arenas or logs off.

BTW..when you switch arenas you can also switch countries to the one that is low in population.

There's nothing taboo about it. It's really pretty simple and I think it's the way HTC invisioned how the arena setup should work...but...you have to make it work.

Wow....evidently some school districts need to really sit down and decide if gearing the curriculum toward "testing" is the way to go anymore.

hub, are you sure?  I'm pretty sure that I had a problem where I'd changed to the low side in one arena, and then couldn't change again even though I moved to a different arena to fly with someone else.  

I'll check again, but I think the side lock is per server, and not per arena.
