Yep.. gas taxes are supposed to go for roads.. if they did and we bid out the work we would have the smoothest gold plated roads on the planet.
They do everything they can to hide the plunder but it seems that only about 50% of the money ever gets to anything that resembles a road or it's maitenence. to many social programs to support.
The guy with biodiesel may have taken food right out of the mouth of a section 8 illegal alien.
