I watched it on a broadcast on History Military channel IIRC. It is a good film and really shows the dedication the medical folks have, including those who are Guard and Reservists as well as Regular Service. Without them we would have lost many many more folks in Iraq and Afghanistan.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."

Might be a good idea to post your thoughts Dano if you don't want the thread locked. :)

I thought it was an informative documentary and wished to share it with those who have not or will not experience war through the eyes of medical personnel. I was unaware of rule 17 and in no way meant to troll or offend anyone.

I saw this months ago, and decided not to post anything about it. I think it was a great documentary, equally disturbing. What I did like, and what the producers wanted, was to not make an anti-war, or pro-war stance.

Too bad folks here can't do the same, but that's asking far too much.

They can subtly make it anti-war just by focusing on negative stuff, like wounded young boys
