I guess all in all it could have been a lot worse , as for as lives lost goes, in Gainesville , Sherman and Haltom city. It`s a shame anyone had to lose their lives, but considering the quickness and destruction it`s amazing more were not swept away.
Going to take a lot of rebuilding and cleanup after this. Some lost all of their property and possessions .

We've a couple relatives in the gainesville area and haven't heard from them yet. We'll be trying to call lat4er today, we couldn't get through yesterday. I'm not too worried, they live on the side of a small hill but the wife is definitely concerned.

beetle why don't you just STFU and go away permanently.

As of last night , there were still four people missing. I hope there'll be some good news, but it's doubtful.

It's been an unusually wet late spring here. The weather people are saying we're supposed to get the normal summer dryout now. We'll see.
