I remember the old FT map near the lake (dont know the name) where it was considered poor taste to Vulch, bomb, cap or otherwise interfere with the normal everyday furball....

That does not seem to be the case any longer......

Donut, one of my favorite maps. Something for everyone, yet it mostly just pissed people off, who in turn spent the rest of their time trying to piss others off.

Pity when a bunch of grown men can't have fun playing a game.

It seems to be a merry band of squeekers that like to poach the kings sheep and take FT bases.

Poaching the kings sheep is illegal, anyone doing so will be put to death.

Donut was by far the best recent map. The Original OzKansas was the best of them all by far.

Donut proved one thing though... which side in the whinefest was the one that HAD to whee in the other side's Cheerios.

Laz was absolutely right about that with his "their mother had to hang a pork chop around their neck to get the dog to play with them" comment.

I havn't been on this game long enough to have seen that map, sounds inviting I suppose... Does HT ever bring back retiered maps?

Well, the matter, Bnasty, is that we lost the big maps after the arena splitting... when there was just 1 MA, we had maps bigger than the ones we use now (and that have become boring!

): Donut was one of them. With the split, having less people in any arena, HTC decided not to use the big maps, but only the smaller ones... we all do hope to see some new map, one day... maybe with a nice FT in it!
