Properties of WAV

I have some gv sounds that i want to put in the game but they wont work. I know i need to change them, but i dont remember how. I tried to right click the file, and it shows me the properties, but i dont have the option to change them. Can anyone help please.

Open them with sound recorder.. then save as pcm 22khz, 8 bit,  mono, i think.
