say your on the freeway..you go to pass a car that is going a little slower than the speed limit..he speeds up when he see's your coming up on him to pass..you punch it so you can get around him..<~~i know im not the only one this happens to on a regular basis} a cop see's this and decides you must be racing ...he now has the right to crush your car....this law is pure bullcrap and if a cop decides he dont like you..he now has the right to say you were racing..even know you were just tring to pass some freeway jerk...that is the major problem i have with this law..i hope they dont pass the same law in my state...just another way for the cops to have there way with you..lol
