Today, Maj Greg (Grumpy) Young of St Helens, OR was killed in an F15 crash off
the coast of Oregon.

He & his wife were fishing with his father & I just yesterday. Little did I know it was to be the last time we ever fished together. His father just called me & gave me the bad news. I only talked to him briefly because understandably, he was unable to talk.

Please pray for the family of Greg Young in this time of horrific grief.

Greg leaves behind a wife & 2 young sons & 2 step daughters.

 He was my friend.

Saw the note about the Oregon ANG bird going down on another forum.

Living in Oregon, it was a shock to hear it when it happened and very sad when the news came he did not make it out.
