Third time in a row, tried to land kills on concrete in the town and I get a ditch. I'm landing properly, on the larger areas of concrete, and tried a different place each time, but still get a ditch.
Has something changed? I'm assuming this is a bug.

Yes, it is a bug. I hope it will be fixed in the next patch.

This has happened to me a few times too. I sent HTC a note asking about it but got no response.

I found if you drive into the AA postions in the town you can land safely. Or there are only 2 roads/paths in town you can land on. Warning if you drive into an AA bunker you are not driving out.....but it works.

Have had that happen many times. I landed on a road that was running into the base (VH) and said i ditched
