8 player arena set up help please!

I am trying to start an 8 player arena and it shows on the list of arenas available but no one can join for some reason.
Everyone can see it on list but shows no ping and they can not join
Why?:mad:
Any help would be appreciated.

might be a router your behind, must allow all the ports the game uses to run.  You might find more info, and more help at Free Multiplayer Forums

gotta set up your firewall/routor for correct access . see the sticky threads in the technical support forum.
