Can't start up

Every time i try to start this fine game, i get a message that says aces high has commited an unknown error and rebooting will help, well it doesn't
any parts of aces high just do the same thing when i try to load them

Try redownloading the game. this sounds like a corupted file. dont just goto controll pannel and delete from there after that goto my computer then click Local Disk C then scroll down and click Program Files then look for HTC right click it and click Delete then redownload the game from website.
