Theres a URL to pictures of some of the flooding here in our county, Last night and this morning the County Sheriffs was seeking Volunteers to help fill sandbags in hope of saving a Town in the northern part of our county, No word on the town yet as the river is still rising. All i can say is if we get much more rain i might have to build an Ark.

Is Lake Grapevine the lake by Bowie Texas? If so thats where my Grandpa lives. The lake his house is by is usually low and maybe high once for 1 week.

I live in Tulsa and I've never seen the Arkansas River so high before. Its now covering the base of some trees, but the river hasn't reached to flood grounds yet.

Man, we need the rain here in Tennessee. Hey Texas, how's aboot sending some of that water up here? We're in the middle of the drought of the century, the corn's parched, barely 4 ft tall now, and nothing else doing good either. We're going into water rations now, and no sign of it letting up. Yes, this is global warming, expect the weather patterns to go haywire. But, this has to occur. It says it will in the Bible, and it never lies. "Storms and earthquakes in diverse places" "the winters shall become as hot as the summers". We're more than two feet behind in precipitation.

We cannot seem to have any regular weather here in Texas...feast or famine. I'm also currently in que to get a new roof and related items because of hail damage.
