Photo contains no visable rooks...

Proof:

1) No Oxygen mask for the 35K+ altitude that rooks live at

2) People are discernable in photo, not possible from 35K+

3) You can not see the curvature of the earth in this photo, easily possible from 35K+

Rooks are more easily viewed by satallite than land based cameras.

That guy was on one of those Crazy Stunt type shows. He busted his arse landing that, seriously, he had a severely bruised groin... ouch! The French Police didn't think it was too funny.

as for storch's comment i believe it goes something like this:
